I’ve been following Guga for a very long time so this was an absolute must have! The book is extremely professional and beautifully done. The amount of information in this book goes beyond recipes. Guga explains all the methods, different BBQ’s, tools, cuts of meat, where they come from, and there’s a recipe for every single cut! I wish he included some more of his creative side dish recipes but the selection in the book is definitely some of the best ones he’s made. The cover is durable, the pages are thick and sturdy, the artwork is beautiful, this book sets the bar high for every other cook book out there. Absolute must have for anyone looking to make some delicious creative recipes

The book itself is of high quality. Explains alot of things that help even BBQ beginners to get the idea.The recipes themselves...Guga quality (that means awesome for those who are not familiar with the man 😉).Would highly recommend for those who love BBQ (and for thise that don't already know they love it).

Guga is such a friendly and knowledgeable guy who has proven through mass experimentation both for grilling and Sous Vide what works and what doesn't. What's more the wisdom and recipes he's accumulated over the years is there for all to consume in a well written easy to consume format, can definitely recommend!
