I don’t like cartridges and the rubber converter was a bit annoying. And this is finally a perfect solution. I love it!

I decided to buy these because I had difficulty in finding cartridges other than blue that would fit. So now I am able to use any colour ink.

They fit Kaweco Sport as intended enabling a greater range of inks to be used.

These converters are good, but Kaweco could do them better.As it can be seen, they have a single plunger rod only. It can be leaky.I am attaching here an image of a converter with a double plunger. The double plunger is better, because silicon grease can be placed between the two plunger rods, this making the converter work smoother and better protected against leaks.

I have a Kaweco Sport in Bordeaux that I've been using cartridges for - I thought I'd give this a try, as I use converters in my other fountain pens. Unfortunately both of the converters doesn't fit. When I put it into the pen, it doesn't click in, it's loose - so doesn't seem to be the right size for the pen. Unfortunately I only found this out after struggling to fill it, getting ink all over my hands as it's tiny and very difficult to use - probably only best to fill from the mini 'tester' bottles! And it's very fiddly to do. Waste of money, I'll stick to cartridges!

Disappointing. As a previous reviewer has pointed out: this single piston action is unreliable; it is not easy to refill correctly and to maximum capacity. Using Kaweco ink and a Kaweco Sport pen this Kaweco converter could and should be better for a company of this repute.
