Worth It!
Great tv. Very happy with this purchase. Instructions not that great but we have the internet, so that works. I did look some things up on line before mounting on the wall so I could get a good overview of how to do it. Suggest doing that before mounting, don’t rush it, take your time. I’m a grandma and I managed it. Color quality is great. Sound is good. Took some time to adjust to how the remote works, not because anything is wrong with it, it’s just new. Paired with Alexa and I can tell her to go to Netflix, etc., I like that. Art feature is fabulous. I bought/downloaded a few pics from Etsy and some of my photos. I did not buy/subscribe to Samsungs Art, I might in future. It’s a lot of fun to be able to change the art on the wall (tv) to fit my mood.Overall very happy with this purchase. It was worth the money.

Great TV
This is a great TV. I'm very happy with my purchase. The instructions were not great, but I got the info off of the internet. Color quality is awesome, and the sound is good. It paired with Alexa, which I love. Art feature is fabulous; I need to check it out a bit more.Overall, I'm a happy camper and love this TV. It was worth the money.

The Artist
We ordered the 65” Samsung ‘The Frame’ television and it arrived with the Matt screen cracked from the top down, literally shattered.Rather than gambling on a replacement, we purchased one through a private retailer for the same price. The television is phenomenal, with great sound and clarity. We uploaded pictures from a favorite vacation spot to use in the “Art Form” mode. Our son owns a 55” Frame television and his was our inspiration for this. The damage aside, this is a fantastic television! It is easily programmed either through one’s Smart phone, or the smart remote. The mounting brackets are actually very straightforward and the 1-connect single cable allows for a very streamlined installation.I don’t believe anyone will be disappointed, providing it arrives intact.

Would not buy - Unreliable Quality
I bought this TV as I liked the idea of having art on the wall when off vs a large black box. Instead I now have a permanent error code on my wall.TV was not great for the first month, but at least it mostly worked. It had some issues where the screen would dramatically change brightness in the middle of viewing for no reason and some minor issues maintaining connection to my soundbar and sound/video timing mismatch. Then this error screen came up. Samsung support has been out now 3 times and have replaced all the boards and cable with no success in fixing the issue and have a 4th visit scheduled though even they say they are not sure what to try next.Looking online it seems several people are getting this type of error. Some after 2 months of use, some after 2 years. For others it seems sometimes replacing the One Connect Box or the One Connect cable fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t. What is clear to me now is the overall quality control on these TV’s is seriously lacking and I have gotten one of the ‘lemons’.I wish I had never bought this and had done more research into their quality before doing so. Now I just have an expensive piece of trash on my wall.

Very nice TV and photo display!
I am rating the second device, as the first one was DOA; however, Amazon responded quickly getting a new Frame out the following day. Picking up the DOA took a couple of days. The second one had no problems and after getting the brackets put up (which wasn't as easy as it should have been) the set up was straight forward. We have enjoyed The Frame as a TV and photo display but feel that the software/app supplied for displaying your own photos is very limited and very much needs a design upgrade. Sound quality isn't bad for built in speakers. Streaming works great and the remote is easy to use. Oh, and I really like that it fits against the wall!!

Keeps getting better!
The best TV I have ever owned. No glare in my den with 4 windows and picture quality is wonderful. Rechargeable remote and the pictures when the frame is off are great! 👍🏼 One outdoor picture changes with my weather. One day we had snow and it started snowing in the picture! 🤯

WOW - Just what I hoped it would be.
I am an enthusiastic photographer and have generated picture files from all over the world. The problem is how to display the results. Printing and mounting are expensive - and there is just so much wall space for displaying the prints. The solution? The Frame! Or at least I hoped. I did have to deal with a skeptical wife. I bought the 43" version. Set-up was easy. I prepared a "test group" of about 100 photos I had edited in Lightroom. They are now happily and beautifully being displayed in a slow-motion (by choice) slide show on my Frame. The results are fantastic. Just what I hoped. The Frame is a hit for sure. I am very very pleased - even my wife is pleased. Now we have to mount it on the wall. Next challenge. And maybe buy a second. Excellent product!!!

Cool TV with art / poor manufacturing - TV is bowed
It's a cool TV - picture quality is very good. The art work looks great on the wall (we need to frame it still). I'm pleased with the TV picture quality and sound. However, two big issues: (1) as others have mentioned, the interface is awful. Confusing, busy, awkward. The set up is very time consuming and not user friendly. Samsung really pushes their own TV+ service on you.(2) the TV came bowed / curved. The box and packaging were just fine and undamaged. But the TV has a curve to it. As far as I can tell, it doesn't impact the picture quality, but it's annoying that a higher end TV like this comes this way. We haven't decided whether to return it or not (such a hassle, especially after I had to pay someone to hang it). Samsung needs to up their product quality.I don't recommend at this time, unless you can be assured to get a true flat tv and not one with this defect and can deal with the clunky/busy interface.
