This is a fabulous product at a really good price. I'm able to move around without having to think about leaving my hot water bottle behind! It's also strangely comforting with the wide belt wrapped around me. I wear it to bed also & that is great, something my hottie couldn't do. I only have one problem & that is the clay tends to slide around in the bag with gravity. If it could be sealed into maybe 4 compartments it would not move around & it would stay flat. I don't know if that is technically possible as it maybe more likely to burst but it would make it perfect for me. As it is though, I love it & I thought that nothing would come between me & my hottie!

Bought this specifically for the wrap belt. It’s all obviously very good quality however it is rather large compared to other freeze gel packs I have which I would normally lie down on. The clay pack itself weighs in at 750g (1lb 10 oz) which I personally find a bit much to carry around, even when strapped on tightly in the belt, and I’m a pretty sturdy size and weight. I didn’t notice the size when I bought it tbh so that’s my fault. The belt is soft to the touch and has a substantial Velcro fastening. The pack remains pliable when frozen however it is a bit of a palaver to get it into the envelope opening of the belt. It doesn’t stay cold against the skin for as long as my gel packs do. I’d avoid if you’ve a slight frame, not sure you’d be able to carry it!

I am using this at work and it has helped me greatly. I am using it for my back pain and it has helped me greatly. Easy to use, microwaving it and ready to use. I am sure I ll use the "cold" aspect of it for my knees or headaches too.

Main issue is the clay gloops down to the bottom (when sat up) when hot so it's only heating a small part of my back, it also doesn't get 'that' hot. it is otherwise very helpful with the belt, it would be higher if i could have more than just the lowest part of my back heated

Using it after a shoulder operation as ice pack. Moulds great around area. Stays cold much longer than gel ones. Also stays dry .well made. Hard to find clay packs so was pleased to spot this one.

Excellent product, great price and swift delivery. Has brought great relief to a sore back whilst still being able to move and walk about.

Very useful tool for my back especially with the velcro belt. Its showing signs of leaking after 1 month of heavy use. Still worth it.

Is comfortable to use, however doesn’t hold heat for very long and if warmed in the microwave is prone to hot spots, so needs throughly mixing before use.
