Perfect little trimmer set for quick beard tidy ups. Easy to charge and use and comes with a handy stand for the trimmer and all the attachments. A good size and nice weight to it so comfortable to hold and use. Works great for trimming hair and beards and is very quiet which is good for using at night when kids are asleep.

Very bad quality, no sharp, very heavy, many useless pieces, I thought to return it but, I found that I need to pay for return posting cost which might be nearly it is price as this machine is heavy with no quality.I am going to through it in the recycle pin and I hope it would be recyclable.There is display video on the site, showing the machine is brilliant, the real machine could not do more than 5% of what on the site video and make my skin burning, harsh and rough.I do not advise to buy as just waste of money, time and need large space to store/keep many useless pieces!

.The product itself is of good quality. However, the support provided is poor. I have experienced a faulty blade that constantly pulls, despite applying sufficient oil. I have decided to purchase a new blade, but I am not sure which one to get. I have tried contacting support, but have not received any response. I have also tried the live chat option, but have not received any reply. I found some potential replacement blades on their website, but the product in the picture appears to be different from the one I bought. if your buying you might as well buy the whole product again.
