Fit perfect on my 1999 Honda
Took about 15 minutes to replace. Had to make sure the power steering oil didn’t drip into the alternator because the pump is right above it.

Works like a power steering pump...
I put this on our 2009 Outback about a month ago and it fit and works just like it is supposed to. Doesn't require a lot of mechanical ability to install but if you are unsure about how to do it or whether you want to tackle it there are some good videos on YouTube that should answer your questions. The pump itself arrived quickly, was new and replaced the old leaking pump without a problem. The local shop wanted $780 to do the job.
