This is an awesome gazebo! It is very sturdy & looks great. It was a little difficult to put together in the beginning only because 4 of the parts labeled on page # 4 of the instruction manual were incorrect. I was searching for the B10, B11, B12, B13 pieces for a long time until I realized they were mismarked on the part section of the manual. The parts were actually E10, E11,E12, & E13 as shownon the diagram. The instruction manual is pretty well done because it has a list of labeled parts on the left side of each page & detailed diagrams on the right side of the page. Each piece is labeled with a sticker coordinating with the instruction manual (other than the 4 pieces I mentioned above). One other tricky step is installing the curtain hooks on page 6 & towards the end of the manual. The instructions don't really indicate that you must equally divide the specified amount of hooks on each the left & right side of the walls & there are 2 rows. So do this very carefully or you will have to take pieces apart many steps later or may not even realize it until you are at the very end. I suggest laying out all the pieces in alphabetical order (there are a lot) & inventory the items to make sure you have everything before you start. This also helps familiarize yourself with the pieces. I put 99% of the gazebo together myself & only needed help once lifting the center roof support section. I am a 5'10 female with some building experience. I wanted to surprise my husband while he was out of town for a week and wanted to do it solo. It took a total of about 14 hours for me to put it together spread over 3 days. You will want a dolly to move the 5 large boxes (well over 100 lbs each) & make sure you have a lot of room to lay out the parts. *** The instructions & screws are in a tan bag that looks like it would be the curtains ***. I couldn't find the instructions (thinking it was a bag of curtains), so I contacted the manufacturer who sent me a PDF of the instructions. This ended up being super helpful because the paper instruction manual I eventually found in the bag, were very light & a little hard to read at times. Having a PDF was helpful for zooming in on details. You will also want a medium & tall ladder. The last few steps require reaching over the first tier of the roof to the 2nd, which is surprisingly high. I also ended up removing some of the vents previously installed so I could reach the upper level more easily. The vents could be put on last. Make sure you put the curtains (outside track) & the screens (inside tack) on the correct track or you will have to tack them down & redo them. I would NOT use an electric drill as you could easily strip the screw heads or cross-thread the screws. I would also suggest that if 2 people are doing this, each person have a copy of the instructions, one person mainly run pieces/parts to the other to install. It worked out that my husband was out of town because I am sure we would have gotten into multiple arguments during this project... Just take your time & follow instructions very carefully. Extra screws/washers were included were included, which was very helpful because I dropped a lot. A magnet bowl came in very handy. The materials are very nice & it was pretty easy to do. Overall, a great gazebo & we really love it!!! I just wanted to share these tips which would have really helped me. Highly recommend!

I had some doubts about spending this kind of money for a complex, heavy, multi package item like this. I received it in a couple of days. Teh tracking info, said one box, but all 5 arrived, in perfect condition.The packing was highly detailed, not one item was dented, scratched or bent. Heavy boxes, inner wooden frames, steal brackets to support the wood more foam, wrapper, plastic bags and packing tape then you have ever seen. Everything was well cared for.Now... assembly. Like other review state, the instructions where a little dicey. Ikea style directions, no verbiage. The part numbers are very important, to get things together correctly. The instructions were very, very, very faint. but I was able to figure out every step. I was able to do the entire assembly alone except for one step. My wife helped hold up the long side beam and center leg as I bolted it to the end assembly. She needed to hold about two bounds or force. I was able to device a procedure for every other assembly step and be able to do it alone. It took me 2 full days working alone. I assume with a team you could get it done faster.I am very happy with the final product. It is strong, attractive, and quite functional. After losing two other gazebos due to high mountain wind, I used 20 lag bolts, and concrete sinkers to make sure it is not going anywhere. I would not use the cheesy ones that came with the kit.The most useful trick i learned was this: when installing the main roof, do not follow the directions. Do what they say, but start at a corner, and add panels as you circle around the gazebo. When you get to the next corner, add the next three panels, bolt up the corner, then add and bolt down the cap piece. If you try to add the corner cap pieces after assembling the roof you will not be able to reach the last bolt up top.

Once completely assembled, it’s a great value at this price point. However, there were several issues I encountered that I must say, were handled efficiently by a top notch customer service team. They responded immediately and did everything they could to rectify the issues.1. FedEx did a terrible job in shipping the first of three boxes. This first box was so heavily damaged that none of the roof pieces could be used. They were bent up very badly.2. The instruction manual was not very good, especially when it came to assembling the roof panels. Some steps are actually out of sequence. They really need to completely redo the manual.3. Many of the holes do not line up properly which makes it difficult to assemble, especially the roof pieces. The manufacturer needs better in-process inspection.4. I’ve worked in the metal manufacturing business over 40 years and dealt with 1000’s of assembly projects and never had as many problems as I did with some of the roof panels.5. My wife and I spent over 20 hrs just assembling the roof.6. The frame however, was an easy assembly.7. The seller includes extra hardware which was a big plus.8. The coating on all the parts is top notch and should provide years of protection.I want to repeat that the customer service department was very very good. They are very dedicated to helping the customer and resolving issues in a timely manner.Now that the gazebo is assembled, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I paid a premium for a solid roof gazebo but the product arrived with half the components missing including legs, feet, beam and feature top, screws and instructions. Truly appalling!

Wir haben nach einem Harttop Pavillion gesucht,und uns für diesen entschieden.Er wurde pünktlich und in einer Lieferung ausgeliefert.Der Aufbau war alles andere als einfach.Drei Personen waren an zwei Samstagen(je 5-6 Std.)damit beschäftigt.Aber die Mühe hat sich gelohnt.Beim aufhängen des Insektenschutzes und der Vorhänge sollte man wirklich aufpassen und mit der Anleitung arbeiten,da ich der Meinung war,komm so ein Vorhang hänge ich doch mal ruckzuck auf,konnte ich ihn dann wieder abhängen und nochmal aufhängen.Die ersten leicht stürmischen Tage hat er gut überstanden,er macht optisch einen klasse Eindruck,und ich glaube auch das das Material gut ist. Wie lange er jetzt halten wird,wird man sehen,ich hoffe auf einige Jahre.

Realmente se ve muy bonita y de excelente calidad, aunque no la puse personalmente la armo una persona en un día, tiene su grande de dificultad, tal vez armando con 2 personas es más fácil xq esta muy claro y todo encajaba a la perfección, aun no se colocan mosquiteros y cortinas, pero es un producto de alta calidad, seguramente más adelante buscaré de la marca, una pergola de mayores dimensiones ya que esta quedo muy pequeñaPero son pocos los proveedores con calidad en mx en la venta de este tipo de productos, una excelente calidad en el producto, lo recomiendo ampliamente
