Using this is surprisingly difficult. Don't believe the videos you watch...they've probably been practising this for a along time. However, it does get easier. We actually use this for badminton training and hand-eye coordination. An enjoying and funny break to regular training.

It's good fun to use and it's well made .. I guess this is something that could be put together quite cheaply but this one has a quality comfortable headband and good ball. Used it over a couple of days so far, this does help improve hand eye coordination a lot ... I've managed to get from barely being able to hit it twice in a row to 'rallies' - current record over 250 :-) .. bought one each for nephews for Christmas .. so my sole ambition right now is to practice up front so I'm better than them on the day.. after all.. that's what Christmas is all about..Quick addition .. I also tried a version similar but using a tennis ball .. cheaper but not as good .. I've gone back to this one.. way better quality and the ball moves more due to being more bouncy

I've only just purchased this, I can honestly say it's really hard to build up a rhythm but with practise, I'll get there. It seems well made & looks good although it's a bit expensive for what it is but as the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice. It looks like it'll last me a while!As it's small, it's handy to carry anywhere I want, I might even play with it on the work's car park!

Great piece of of kit to mix up the training. Only down side is the non adjustable string.

Wasn't sure if it was worth paying the higher price for this, but I'm very glad I did. It is nothing like the cheap one I bought previously . The one I had before was more like a toy, but this one is very well made. It's fun but is also a very useful bit of kit. Kids and beginners can get a lot of fun getting to grips with it, but it is also robust enough to put up with as much of a beating as you can give it. Highly recommended.
