Unless you have seen the Chills live I doubt you will even be looking at this page let alone wondering whether to buy this dvd.So assuming that you, like me, are here after seeing these guys perform then be assured this dvd captures all the fun and excitement of a live gig with the added benefit of some behind the scenes stuff.Filmed with lots of cameras, great sound and everything you'd expect from a good concert dvd, the show has all the favourites plus some surprises like a brass section, dancers and even guest pipers.Not only did I get to relive the fun of the live show, I am enjoying showing it to friends who come round and seeing their disbelief. I mean, no one is prepared for Smoke On The Water and We Will Rock You from a bagpipe rock band, are they?

You either love them or you hate them - the bag pipes, that is, and for those who dislike the 'pipes', give this a go. It's completely beyond whatever you will or may think about the bagpipes. No! I'm not an avid bagpipe listener but these boys are something else. Never before in my life have I ever hear the pipes being played the way that they do. It's just simply incredible. And yes, I am a musician myself and do look at it in an unbiased manner. As for the other muso's in the band - well they just simply complement each other in a wonderful manner and the end result is absolutely terrific. So, if you're looking for a different 'interpretation' of Rock and Roll music, give this a go and I'm sure, just like me, you won't be disapointed."Keep on 'blasting' away boys!"

A fantastic dvd -- you may not be a fan of bagpipes but when you see what the Red Hot Chilli Pipers do with them you will be amazed at the versality of the bagpipes. The band may not appeal to the bagpipe purist but they would certainly appeal to the younger audience who may even decide to take up the bagpipes themselves. Music from Deep Purple, Coldplay and Queen to name just a few are performed with absolutely extraordinary results. YOU MUST GIVE THIS DVD A LISTEN TO YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.Stewart Manson

It's a perfect gift, for somebody who don't know what a piper can do.And to have an ideea about what means to "be scotish and proud", You could find on this DVD old clasical pipers songs and modern rock songs as well and really sounds good.Take it, watch it and enjoy it. Think abou beautiful Scotland

quality is not as good as I thought it was, colour is over exposed at various place thought out show, don't think I would buy it again

Heard the DVD in a shop in Gretna Green when we were up there for a family wedding. We were really impressed so we decided to buy it but the price was high so we ordered it off Amazon at a much reduced price. Such a fantastic gig and an excellent recording. We've played it over and over since we got it. Bagpipes rule!!

Bought for a friend who loves bagpipes and he was delighted.

As ex military, and English, I came to like pipe bands during my service. The music on the DVD bears a passing relationship to pipe bands but is none the less a fantastic DVD to watch & listen to. The dancers are a blast as well. If it doesn't get your feet tapping and shouting a few 'och the noos' you're brobably dead.
