Product is good but
Product is good for exercise but makes a lot of noise and should have a smooth functional this product is good for arm and rest exercise but means a lot of boys which doesn't make it an product to use while in the office or at a workplace where you need silent

Surprisingly effective
Has a bit of a learning curve. One has to keep the gyro whirring by rotating the wrist (after winding up the ball in the direction of the arrow markers — needs finger strength). Enough resistance to cause some fatigue in the forearm. It probably won’t build muscle, but seems to be helping my tennis elbow.
