my friends loved these on christmas day, like me they love chocolate. one was smashed but that did not bother us at all. my friend ben said it dos not matter its ok and it cannot be helped being smashed. unlike some comments on here by some people oh it smashed its no good now or i want a refund for em, stupid really.. but no i loved my smashed teddy made it easer for me to break open too... thank you so so much for my teddys i love them...

Please replace defective items!
So disappointed ordered this pack of 4 as gifts for my 4 nieces/nephews and one of the chocolate bears is smashed so cannot be given as a present. Then cannot arrange a replacement return or refund! Really poor!
