Silicone Pelvic Floor Muscle Dilator Exerciser Trainer Set of 5 - Release Limits with Bodyotics

I found these after my third baby was born (she is 3 months now) and they have helped with my pelvic floor. They are very durable and made of good quality. I feel the cost is worth it as well! Super easy to clean as well being made of silicone.

I have the what I guess they are calling the old package. I have no complaints about the product except one thing. Since I been a supporter, I would like to have access to the ebook and magazine. In love the case the pearls sit in, the silicone covers over the weights. They actually work very well, I have moved up to the second lighter weight. They are easy to clean and you don’t have to worry about getting stuck because it has a silicone tail to easily pull out. Now I always wondered if I was putting them in correctly, so I would please ask the developers can I have access to the books that now comes with your new package. TMI-so if you don’t want to know stop reading now. I don’t know if this issue is from the pearls, but now I am always wet, I believe I am starting menopause because I haven’t had a cycle since March 2024, but from my understanding this will make you less wet. My husband doesn’t complain he loves it. It’s to the point I bought pantyliner’s. Also, I was told 12 months no cycle is menopause. Now I have a grandson, we decided no more children.

The media could not be loaded. I really like these weights, they came with a online guide book on how to properly use them. That really helped me because I had no Idea how to use them. I like the case they came in, it keeps them organizedfrom smallest to the biggest. No irritants after using and clean really easy. Definitely would recommend these! Very simple to use, I use every night before bed. They're not uncomfortable and easy to remove and insert!

These items work great and the husband likes when they are used too!! After using them I always want to jump him!!!

After seeing all the photos on the item listing and looking through other shopper’s reviews the storage container that my kegel balls came in was just a box. I was so excited to receive the kegel balls in this “luxurious” storage container that everyone was raving about in the reviews so the packaging has definitely let me down. They are very soft and smooth and the product itself has a good variety of weights to exercise with. Looking past the disappointing packaging- I hope the actually product works well!

I would highly advise going to a pelvic PT first to make sure you actually need to strengthen your PF, but after you know that and you are completing kegels correctly—these are the best next step. Super comfortable and easy to follow steps. I did the exercises for two weeks and my husband and I noticed a big difference! After several birth tears, I wondered if surgery was my only option to come back to myself 13 mo PP. Nope! These bad boys are IT!

I would say this product would do its job well. The texture is perfect and very easy to clean. I honestly would recommend this brand to anyone who is in need of this product. I also love the size ranges!!

I was searching for a product that could help tighten me down there since I have 2 kids and my lady part hasn't been the same since. I was beginning to feel ashamed of having intimacy with my husband because although he was too nice to say it, I wasn't tight down there. I ran into this product, which looked promising and so I bought it. When it arrived, I immediately prepped the weights and started using them. My husband was ecstatic and obviously want to try it within 3 days of exercising my lady part. He approved of it and is encouraging me to continue. Now it has been 8 days and I have gradually moved up and I can say for a fact that I feel great. My lady part has definitely tightened up and what's awesome is that I pee myself less. After giving birth I couldn't control my bladder and would pee when I laughed too hard but that isn't the case anymore. This product has definitely changed my life and it has made me feel more confident. I would highly recommend!

Over the years and following three pregnancies and natural births of big, bouncy babies, several gynaecological surgical procedures finally resulting in a complete hysterectomy swiftly followed by the joys of surgical menopause!! Suffice to say the old pelvic floor had taken quite a battering and the basic kegels just weren't cutting it and made little to no difference even though a specialist pelvic floor therapist had checked to make sure I was doing them correctly. There was just no muscle tone or strength down there at all, bladder control was so poor and I would need the toilet often and holding it in just wasn't an option and almost led to a couple of near misses and leakages on more than a few occasions.I tried regular walking and squats alongside the kegels in the hope of some improvement but frustratingly still no noticeable change. I invested in the Aquaflex weighted cone system and used as instructed for a good few months but again to no avail. Just 15 minutes use a day is sufficient for results but I tended to use for up to 30 minutes because of how dire my situation was. I spent several weeks on each weight before moving up to the next, I was in no rush to hurry through the programme and was just grateful that I had finally found something that was working for me so slow, gradual and consistent was my motto of use. It might be an anatomical issue why this system has worked for me where others didn't but I saw results very quickly and early on, my bladder control improved dramatically which was so pleasing and made me determined to continue using in the hope of further progress. Once you have reached your desired results, it is a case of maintaining your progress by regularly using the heaviest weight which delightfully is the stage I am now at!I currently use once, sometimes twice a week for just the recommended 15 minutes and I am pleased to report everything is as it should be.The Pear Drops are so simple to wash and keep clean so if you are somebody prone to uti's and such, then you don't need to worry about germs and bacteria getting where they shouldn't.For me personally, the performance of this product has been a solid 10/10 and I would highly recommend others to give it a try, it truly is life changing if it works for you and has drastically improved my quality of life where a weak pelvic floor had made me miserable for going on 20+ years so it's never too late to tackle this annoying issue.There are cheaper alternatives on the market but this is worth its weight in gold for me and for the difference it has made to my life, I would pay the price ten times over because there were times I had resigned myself to forever suffering the effects of a weak pelvic floor because further surgery whether on the NHS or privately to attempt to fix things was an absolute no no for me.I hope it works wonders for others as it has done me and thank you for taking the time to read my extremely lengthy review :/ but I felt impelled to share my experience.
