First off, I am a huge fan of stuffed red chilli pickle since my childhood days. Being away from home, I keep ordering stuffed red chilli pickle from different brands - Mother's recipe, Being Bania, and quite a few others. I have ordered this stuff twice. The first time around, it was awesome - full of flavours and spices. The second time I ordered it, it was a disaster - full of salt (as some other reviews have also mentioned. I think this pickle is a gamble - depends on where/who the company is sourcing the pickle from. Some of the suppliers are probably of very poor quality and since Being Bania did no quality control on the pickles (probably the only thing they had to do), I think I would be staying away from their pickles.
