Directions were clear and easy to understand to put together. So far, seems pretty sturdy for safety. Hard to move the levels, which is also a good thing! Functions well. Easy to clean, velcro padded seat, so can stil remove and clear easily.

This was very easy to install and it’s very sturdy. My toilet is higher than usual so i will need to elevate the potty but my daughter is excited to get on it and I also use it as steps for her to wash her hands and brush her teeth

I have ordered 2 of these potty training seat/ladders about 1 year apart. I potty trained my little one early and this ladder was just too big for him to manage on his own until he was nearly 2. Once he grew into it, this seat has been useful for potty independence. The base is stable and the whole thing does a pretty good job of staying in place with a toddler climbing it. The newer upgraded seat is easier to clean than the old style cushion, but the handles on the newer ladder/seat repeatedly fell off and we had to epoxy them on. While the cushion comes off easily, the base is somewhat obnoxious to clean. It takes up a fair bit of space in the bathroom when not in use but it’s nice that the seat portion folds down and it can be used at the sink as well. The seat sits directly on the toilet bowl with both the lid and seat folded up which gives the opportunity to touch both the bowl and the underside of the toilet seat. If this seat is placed on top of the seat attached to my toilet bowl rather than on the bowl directly, my little boy’s pee goes straight through the gap between the attached seat and the bowl and makes a huge mess. This seat works much better with a round toilet than a more oval shaped one. On my oval toilet, this seat moves around a lot more and my toddlers hands come into contact with the toilet bowl more frequently. Additionally, since the oval toilet bowl sticks out under the potty seat, my toddler tends to scoot himself too far back and gets poop on the seat. The spray guard isn’t as good as some other potty seats (without an attached ladder), but I don’t think there’s ANY spray guard that can really completely contain the stream from a little boy still learning to aim and it does prevent pee from directly hitting me (most of the time) as long as it’s placed directly on the bowl. Overall it works and it’s stable, I don’t regret buying the 2nd one.

Easy to put together. Easily moved from toilet to sink to use as step stool. My grandson loves it. Well made , and it will definitely make it through all three grandkids.
