Hylomar is a gift from the gods. Doesn't leak and can be removed with a brush and brake cleaner.

Extremely fuel resistant, goes on like a gel and firms up. Glue like, but parts can be separated, then reattached without needed more product. I used it to seal fuel sender gaskets and hardware to aluminum tanks on my Aircraft.

I have used hylomar for years, formerly under the Permatex brand, and it works very well. nonhardening sealant is very easy to work with and clean up when gaskets need to be replaced.

How to explain this product... You can have a garage and a shop without having this product. This and WD-40 is a pair.

Used this on my copper head gasket along with copper cost and it sealed up coolant and oil ports perfectly
