fab fancy dress pricey but worth it

Dreadful quality, It arrived in a bag, sticker said "made in China, Size L" yet it was very short in the arms, more like a size S.The way it sits when worn makes it unuseable, horrible feel to it as well.in the pics it looks like quality silky material , the actual item is thin rubbish as found on a cheap flag or something and it 'floats' when worn.the material on the yellow is so thin you can see where its looped for stitching, on top of this the black has run in to the yellow areas.Even worse is the sellers attitude to returns, i was completely ignored until i opened a dispute on paypal. then he contacted me immediately.He promised a refund several times (even though he'd had the item back a while) he never did.Eventually paypal refunded me, be warned, this seller (sceneonfilm) has no integrity and very poor customer service and is selling rubbish.

I brought this item for my boyfriend but when it was delivered the 'gold' bits were actually orange and the hood isnt attached the way that it is in the films.
