This bunny is so adorable, so soft and huggable. Well made. The embroidery is hand done and perfect. Custommazation true. I must say this bunny is so loveable I bought one for myself, 75 yrs. and yes it's huggable. I know!

Wow! The quality of this is outstanding. I love the size, feel and embroidery. It came out perfect! My only minor complaint is it’s so fluffy you can’t read the name without under folding the ear, but I don’t care because it’s still the perfect lovely and keepsake.

Tracking isn’t updated so I was a bit nervous seeing it was coming from another country but it showed up today! Earlier than scheduled! And they’re adorable, with the beautiful, professional engraving! My granddaughters are going to love them!

It’s cute but i didn’t like the fact that you could see the monogram on the back of the ear too. It’s super soft and my baby loves to cuddle with it!

Received our new bunny today. Had a problem,but not with the sellers. The first bunny was delivered to another address. The seller kept in contact with me. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The smile on my son's face to see he got his own bunny. Very soft, customize perfect. I will definitely order more for all my kids.

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered four of these on March 29 to be placed in the kids' Easter baskets. At checkout and in follow-up communications, I was told it would take about a week and a half to arrive. As time passed and I still hadn’t received them, I checked on my order and reached out. I was told they’d arrive by April 18th the latest stating shipping delay, which I assumed would still allow enough time. When they still had not arrived on the 18th I reached out again and the seller updates their delivery date to April 25th so Amazon states they can't do anything because it's technically not past the delivery date. It's been past the delivery date over and over- the seller modifies it!The seller repeatedly reassured me the items would arrive before Easter, so I didn’t cancel the order or look for alternatives. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until the Monday after Easter—completely missing the occasion! I had even asked not to have them delivered and instead requested a refund. That was ignored. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to take the items back and instead offered only a 20% discount for the delay, which still hasn’t been applied. I was also charged $1.88 for shipping despite the listing clearly stating free shipping.The product itself is disappointing—the embroidery is poorly done, stitched right through the ear so the back side looks messy and unfinished. This detail is conveniently not shown in any of the product photos. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish, and the product quality did not live up to expectations. I will now be reporting this charge on my card! The only thing that I liked was the green color of one of the bunnies. It's a pretty green for Easter.
