Product good, Customer service like a bit of horse trading.
I received a pair of brackets. One had a 10mm thread and is now fitted, no problems. The second appeared to be an 8mm thread. I sent a picture and was initially informed that this part was in tolerance and offered a discount on a new purchase... Thankfully, they reconsidered, and a replacement is in the post. Overall I am happy with the product. It does the job.I received the replacement part(s) yesterday. They are now fitted. I have upgraded to 4 stars to reflect this.
