UPGRADED 7 Balls Newtons Cradle Balance Ball, Steel Strings

Was really excited about ordering this cradle. As I compared all the options, this one clearly looked more robust and sturdy, so I decided to spend the significant extra dollars. However, the dollars didn't help. Within 30 minutes of light use, it broke. It was wonderful... until one of the suspension strings disattached from one of the balls. Having spent the money to get the higher-end cradle, I was quite disappointed.

Broke immediately when I got it.

Better than most of the other ones on here, but ultimately not worth the higher price.Operation does not work well and unit will fumble, but so do all the other ones, plain and simple.Lets be honest, you're probably going to set this thing off a handful of times, and then let it sit on your desk to be looked at.As a visual piece, it gets the job done well, looks pretty and impressive compared to other units which is why I got it.

Though not perfect (the is some air-gap between balls at rest) it appears to be the best of the bunch. It is quite adequate for instructional purposes.

Considered going cheaper but didn't want it to be lame since my 9 yr old was interested in science. Knew all her friends would be clicking away at it too. So glad we got this one. It feels super sturdy AND looks really good on our shelf

The "7 balls" caught my attention ! I'd had a "usual 5 baller" before- which wasn't as well made- & it "isn't" anymore. This was much better packed-& feels/appears to be put together better too- & ther's (2) more to it ! Just a fun thing to have arount-so it you'r "idle sitting"-it's there at least...

Broke very easy. I paid a higher price and still broke. The wires detached from balls. Still using 5 out of the 7 to show students.

One of the strings/wires became frayed and broke after about a month.
