Make sure you have a steady hand when using and don't wipe as it stays wet, but its not bad for doing outlines on cakes. It was a great help to the decoration process.

I was tight on time, so this was a god send to set the facial features for the Tails (Sonic the hedgehog) cake I was making.Snip off the top to give the line width (fine or narrow). I used 4 tubes, making the lines thicker by going over several times. Mostly the flow was smooth but a couple of tubes sputtered, leaving blobs, or stopped flowing temporarily, beaking up the line.Each tube was individually wrapped and I would buy again for convenience.

I used this to write on a plate. Took me a while to get the hang of it but eventually managed to write what I wanted to. However, upon trying the icing it tasted terrible. Very metal/iron like. I can’t imagine putting this on a cake or cupcake and enjoying it as I believe it will ruin the flavour

good product, excellent quality, but expensive

I had to buy this on a whim as couldn't find a supermarket that stocked black writing icing. You have to cut the nozzle which was fine but the icing that came out was not good. Too runny, disgusting taste and came out too gooey rather than neat and tidy.

It was my first time trying to do some eyes, and went perfectly! Colour is what is shown on pack as well. 5 stars *****

This was exactly what I expected. A tube of liquid Icing to write on a birthday cake.It was pretty easy to open and use, the icing was pretty easy to write with.The only downside was that it did not dry at any point so remained prone to smearing and smudging until the cake was needed.
