I love him. He's so soft. He doesn't smell like my old heating pad. He's a cute companion when you're in pain or sick. It takes a bit for the outside to warm up to the same heating temperature as the heating pack inside of it.

Was happy with product until I heated it up. Terrible smell when heated- very disappointing- I gave it as a gift & didn’t expect that response when I asked how they liked it.

Good heating bag for everyone!
I like the fact that you can remove the heating bag and wash the exterior. I don’t think the interior is rice it is something else. I really like it a lot, it is great to quickly heat up and use. My cat also really likes it!
