The Perfect Journal for a Weight Loss Program!!!
This journal is perfect for my weight loss journey. I changed the daily food journal to suit my needs but otherwise perfect! I did the PRISM weight loss program back in 2000 and this journal is very similar in the daily food journal they used. I will order this book again as it is easy, small enough to put in your purse but still big enough to write in. I really believe in counting your calories by weighing and measuring everything you eat for the calorie value. How else are you going to know how many calories you eat? If you stick to a healthy diet you can eat a lot and not go hungry. I've been on this journey for 10 weeks as of this writing and I feel better, complexion is clear, I'm sleeping better, and my weight and allergy related asthma has gotten better, all by eating smaller portions and not going over 1,200 calories a day (for weight loss). Once I achieve my goal weight I will increase my calorie intake to no more that 1,500 calories per day for maintaining my goal weight. This book helps keep track of eating habits which can be reflected on and also has daily tips. I highly recommend this journal for your weight loss program. The only thing I wish would be changed is the title "Diet Journal". It should be changed to "Weight Loss Journal" or something else. Just not "diet". Changing your eating habits is a life long program not a quick fix to how you've been eating.

Great Little Diet Journal
I have used several of Alex Lluch's diet journals and they keep getting better. This is simular to past versions but with some new updates. There are 26 weeks worth of pages. The days are prefilled with the day of the week and sections for calories, fat and carbs to track.Love:(1) Calender: a blank 6 month calender towards the begining of the food journal. I like to write on their trips when I am away from home, where I know I won't be as exact in tracking. Or I do have some smiley face stickers to put on the date, if I had a good food/exercise day(2) Good size. Smaller than other versions. 4 inches wide and 7 inches long. Small enough to carry in a purse.Could use improvement:(1) Leave blank what you what to track. If I had to choose 3 items to track, I would track calories, protien and fiber (over fat and carbs)(2) Would like a place for a monthly wrap up on how measurments/clothing size has changed.

Makes tracking diet much easier!
The "Easy" series is wonderful. I also have the Easy Workout Journal. Both are very handy. I like the layout and format of both journals. They are small enough to fit in my purse but not so small that I feel like I can't write in them. I highly recommend this series.

EASY Diet Journal
EASY day-to-day logbook. I liked it so well that I bought two more. Easy to record daily intake, and weekly tracking. Really like the spiral binding for easy access & recording; and the pull-out chart for weekly progress.

Good journal.
The only thing I don't like is that there is is not a place to count protein. It has calories, fat grams and carbs. So I just drew a line to add protein.

I haven't started to use it yet but it looks like a good tool in keeping track of diet and wt loss
