London Fog Newcastle 3 Piece Set, Rose Charcoal, 17", 20" and 28"

It is everything I wanted.

Missing zipper in large 28” suitcase that sucks. Brand new and it came to me with no zipper tan. Very disappointed ☹️ can’t return to exchange either because I need the original box it came in. I threw it out not knowing it was missing zipper inside the suitcase.

Two of the three pieces of the luggage arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. They are wonderful. The zipper on the smaller Cabin Bag had a defect that did not allow it to open, so the piggy back function did not work. After reaching out directly to London Fog, I was directed to the customer service email at Leisure Luggage. When you email them, you receive a message that responses may be delayed due to high volume and that someone would follow up. After reaching out three separate times, the first of which was in April, it is now three months after I initially reported the issue and I have still not received a reply.I took matters into my own hands and was able to repair it, and while it is no longer in its original condition (some of the zipper teeth are missing) it is functional.If it were not for the poor customer support, I would provide a higher rating, but needing to take matters into your own hands to repair a defective product before it has even been used is pretty difficult to accept.

I’ve taken the carry on and bag on about ten flights, and I just had one of the wheels break. I’ll grant I pack my bags full because I hate checking luggage, but it’s not like I’m hauling more than 20lbs in my carry on. I might have expected the zipper to come off track (it has) but not to lose a wheel so soon! The handle was questionable from the first trip, but I figured it would hold since it’s a spinner and I don’t drag the bag and put the full weight on the handle.It’s disappointing because it is really lovely, and I love the convenience of the exterior pockets, but it shouldn’t be failing already.

I have had 3 trips with this set.I wanted to live this set, because London Fog has a good reputation and the colour was my fav pink and thought it would be easy to spot at the airport1) On the first trip the zipper bent on half on the large suit case.2) I picked my bag up off the carasol, and found the top of the bag caved in, so does not have a strong structure.3) I'm addition it got a big smudge on the suit caseAnd is freying all all over the place4) The carry-on does not meet carry on status, got checked twice, the wheels don't fit in the airport tester5) the personal bag, gets rather heavy, once a change of clothes, book, tablet are thrown in, the handles in the bag aren't wide enough to loop around your shoulders, it would have been nice to have a long strap available as well like a gym bag.

This luggage is beautiful in color, beautiful inside with pockets and sections. Very easy to move around with all those wheels.
