My 7 year old loves this and keeps all his pencils/markers in it for school. The first thing he did was unzip it all the way and then zip it back up. I had to help him with a couple of the corners but otherwise it was easy to do and undo (multiple times!) Since then, my daughter has decided she also wants one.It fits longer items easily and lets them spread out/lay flat, which is helpful for making space in a backpack.My son is also pretty destructive with his things but this has held up great so far!We are about to purchase another style for my daughter so I'd definitely recommend.

This pencil case with the zipper teeth and evil eyes is perfect for older grade school kids. It is functional without being too juvenile. The size is generous. I was able to fit half a dozen pencils, two glue sticks, a pencil sharpener and a large eraser with room to spare.

Discovered the pouch was well designed and playfully executed. Holds a LARGE amount of my odds and ends writing instruments. Easy to find by feel in “Mom’s Black Hole” bag. Easy to clean and makes you smile every time you open it!

Cute, cute, cute. What a fun present for a girl, no matter the age, or buy it for yourself. It is a described. It doesn't do any more or any less than other notebook pouches, but it is fun and different. Just something to make someone feel special.

it's a very good for carrying pens and small accessories, i have one in my backpack and it's a good idea to hold them in one place.
