These lids are pretty useless. I bought 6 of these cup/lid combos. Only 2 actually close, and I wouldn’t trust the seal for anything more than protecting against splash when setting the drink in a cup holder. The seal is a tiny clip that is supposed to snap down and hold itself in place using the tension of the plastic material and the hinge lip. Yeah - that doesn’t work. It’s just straight up bad design IMO. After seeing in person how they’re supposed to work, I’m surprised any of them do. And I’m not surprised that those that do work don’t work well. The lids are pretty much total garbage, unless you want a lid with a big hole in it. Maybe you could stick a smoothie straw in it and driving to work? It provide little utility over having no lid at all.The cups are fine. As advertised, although the price is terrible considering the lids are useless.

These work, but not well. To start, the three small tabs the lock into the base look identical to the NutriBullet branded ones, but they aren't. This makes it more difficult to align them into the slots and engage the motor. If you don't align it just so, one of the tabs will jam in the trigger. This makes it difficult to remove and realign.But perhaps the worst feature of these cups are the lids. The spout is too small to drink from and there is no air vent. So you basically have to suck your smoothie out as if from a big straw. Also, the spout cap does not lock (there is the semblance of a latch...but it doesn't work) and your smoothie will spill if it gets knocked over. The connection between the spout cap and the lid is loose and flimsy, so the cap simply falls off easily.

I ordered these cups and when my 1st order was received I inspected the cups and realized the lid on neither cup snap close (the part you drink out of). I called Amazon customer service and long story short I placed another order for these cups thinking I possibly received a bad batch.When they arrived today (02/27/18) again the lids on neither cup snapped closed. I'm very upset and will be returning the cups. A waste of my time. On the flip side the actual cups seem to be good quality, because of that I'll give this product 2 stars.

Cups and lids seem to be well built and of quality materials. However the flip top has a small tab on it that should lock it down when completely closed doesn’t have enough contact with the lid so it opens with the slightest pressure. Also there is a rubber gasket on the flip top so it seals well with the lid. On one of the two cups I purchased it fell off at some point. Or it was never there to begin with but I just recently noticed this issue.Keeping it clean is fairly easy since nothing I’ve put in it has stuck to the walls or lid. But the lid does have some tough to get to areas to scrub clean.Overall it’s a pretty good product. Just be careful not to lay it on it’s side while it’s full as the flip top may open

Seem to be made well enough EXCEPT, the tops become impossible to remove. Not an issue of food drying it shut. Something to do with construction and threading. Tighten enough to seal. Then, it instantly becomes impossible to remove.This is not an issue with the ones that came with the nutra-bullet.I can’t recommend these.

They leak!!! do not buy for the lids, they leak!! The gasket in the rim is worthless. In my opinion overpriced for what you get (leaky cups)

A little expensive for what you get, the caps don’t stay on and I ended up just transferring to a blender bottle because these will almost certainly spill, wanted to be able to put in a gym bag and go

Cups are what they are. Seem to be made well, but the lid spout cover easily pops off. If they made those a little more secure, it would be a huge improvement. As is, if you bump it, it will pop off and leak.
