this is my go to for the treatment of BV although a little messier I prefer it to the pessaries easy to insert with the long nozzle & the annoying symptoms subside pretty quickly, best used at night with a panty liner good value in the double pack means I never run out as the symptoms can start quickly.

Product Application needs to be looked at. The gel pippets when squeezing them internally suck ur innards out lol 😆 no other way of saying it but ladies that have used will know what I mean . A tip for future production syringe type applications that don't suck back over will work better and stay in appose to the nip when it sucks ur internal tissue making you jerk and loose half of the gel. I mean it works well if you can get it to actually dispense inside of you and not loose half
