NOT actually 8 ft x 8 ft
BUYER BEWARE: The actual dimensions of the frame are NOT 8 ft x 8 ft (96 in x 96 in)! I only found that out when I went to affix my backdrop, which is 96x96 inches, with the velcro loop I had sewed onto the edges, and it was bigger than the frame. I used a tape measure to confirm; the frame measures LESS than 90 inches across/tall. Luckily, I had brought some elastic backdrop clip straps, otherwise my backdrop would've fallen off the frame. I'm returning the frame.
