I have been using this product for my long runs. It is really good and prevents chafing.

Natural and effective
Have used a few different products and fund this the best one to avoid chafing on the bike. I like the natural ingredients including cloves. It feels moisturising.

Butt cream
Saves the day on long cycles. Nice and thick, easy to use, and moisturises at the same time. Great value for money

Bum chaff chuff
This isn't my first purchase of this stuff. Makes your cheeks slide like a dolphins high five. It works in ride well taking the edge off of a long ride, so you don't feel like someone was using you as a glove puppet. Also this stuff can be applied post ride helping cool & soothe the boys or the wizards sleeve. Read the fine print! It can be used as lip balm but don't use the same tub that's used for diablos train ride. Not nice having menthol, marmite lips.

Not Viscous enough
It melts readily to a quite thin oil which soaks and evaporates away. I was having to take a tub out with me, and re-applying - so not economical. I went back to Muc-Off's 'C.C.', works better for me.

Good chamois
Nice smell and kills bacteria. Prevents chafing and helped me out on my 2 recent over 100 mile rides. Recommended
