I was a bit of sceptical about these tablets. They always promoting these or other on tiktok but most of the time nothing work from influencers recommendations ( more fool me for buying it lol) but I just recently realised that I possibly have PCOS. I'm 42, until 35 I was on minipill. Now It turns out I cannot have any hormones because they giving me migraines so my period is all over the place. I'd have spotting in between for couple of weeks or longer, my cycle was very unpredictable, sometimes it would be 34days sometimes 44days,and I'm not on menopause ,yet!Anyway, thought ill give a try with these tablets.Bought them in July. Today is 11th Nov.I missed few here and there but nothing major.My skin condition improved slightly .I've not lost weight.But, since I'm taking them I'm no longer bloated, no bleeding or spotting between periods and my period is pretty much every 29 days!I just finished last tablets ( you need to take 2 massive powdery tablets two times a day ) and I'll be definitely buying more. A bit pricey though , £53 for 3 months 🙄 but now knowing they working i wouldn't buy any different brand.

As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! I had been taking Berberine but still couldn't seem to shift this weight. But I said I'm not going to give up. These were suggested over Tik Tok and I honestly thought they wouldn't do nothing but at this point what do I have to lose?They arrived last Monday and I took x2 at least half an hour before I break my fast at 11am and x2 half an hour before dinner. I took this consistently all last week and have dropped 3lbs! This stuff works. I take this alongside Berberine and Vitamin D. I have so much more energy now. I didn't have any afternoon naps last week (shocker).As for my period, I have always had a period but used to have them roughly the same day each month. However, over the past year it still comes every month but whenever it feels like it. So will see how these tablets regulate my cycle (fingers crossed)- 1 star because of the size of these. You can bite them in half but alot of the time I can feel it in the back of my throat. There's no taste so that's a plus! Also, my bowel movement has increased since taking this.

I’ve just opened my second bottle of this and started my period yesterday for the first time in 4 months. I don’t feel as sluggish or tired either. Will definitely be purchasing again.The pills are quite big but it says you can crush them or cut them up if you need to. They are tasteless too which is even better.

Saw all the positive reviews and I was excited to finally find something for PCOS that seemed to work. 4 tablets a day was too much for me to tolerate and the tablets are humongous! I physically couldn't swallow them, I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and that was a chore. Didn't see any side effects but also didn't see any positive improvements.Maybe if I took them recommended amount I could have seen a difference but the size of the tablets were simply to big and too uncomfortable. Glad I didn't spend a fortune on that.

At first I was sceptical about buying these as I’ve tried other products and nothing has worked but I saw the reviews and thought I’d try them. Best thing ever! Within 3 days of taking these i started my period, I did get a bit bloated and had sore boobs which is something I’m not used to experiencing but I was really happy to get my period back! I’ve been taking them for 3 weeks and wanted to give it a decent period of time before reviewing but I’ve really noticed a change since taking them, I feel better during the day with more energy and suffer less with fatigue, I haven’t noticed much difference with facial hair but hoping with continued use it will reduce that too. I also find my cravings have reduced slightly. Will definitely be buying again!

I have PCOS and have always had irregular periods, but have been on the same inositol product for the past 2 years and my periods have been pretty consistent since (still not every month, but every 5-6 weeks which is better than nothing). Opted to make the switch to free soul as my usual brand was discontinued in the uk and I really love the free soul collagen sachets, so figured this'd be just as good as their other productsInitially I thought this worked just as good as my usual brand as my period arrived on a fairly predictable date, however when my period arrived I had the worst pain in my side halfway through the first day. Stopped taking it 2 days in but ended up bleeding for a total of 3 weeks anyway. Only plus side is that going to my GP to resolve the bleeding issue has led to other tests that flagged an unrelated health issue that I probably wouldn't have found out about for a while, so thanks, I guess 😂

Having not had a period for 7 months and all investigations/scans/tests coming back normal, I was waiting for a referral to the fertility clinic. After some research I found these so started taking 3 weeks ago and I’ve starting ovulating again!! Have been testing with the test strips, but had a sneaky feeling when I woke up with some symptoms. Can’t believe it, over the moon!!
