Very good fan but Free Installation is a scam
Excellent Fan Looks classy. Build quality also good. However, the Free Installation is a scam. A technician called regarding installation but told that I will have pay for it since cost of fan is less than 10000 (I paid 7299). They said that Amazon promises Free Installation but service centre does not honour it. So I told him not to come and fixed the fan myself. However next day the service centre called and asked for OTP sent to me for the installation (which they had not done). When I refused to give OTP they said that my warranty will not be enabled unless I tell them the OTP. So while fan is good, the Service Centre in Bangalore left a bad taste. I am sceptical about the kind of after sales service I will get from them.

Misleading Product and Pathetic Support from Havells & Amazon
Extremely disappointed. This fan is advertised as a remote-controlled product, but no remote was delivered. Even worse, the fan doesn’t seem to have any sensor or remote-control capability at all. Contacted Amazon support completely unhelpful. Havells support was equally pathetic, offering no resolution. This feels like a scam. Save your money and avoid this product.
