Warm!
I don't usually like weighted blankets but I definitely need a heating pad and the weighted Stones help direct the Heat closer to the body

Broken stones & stopped working just short of 8 months
Loved it when it worked. But after 7 months, it stopped heating all together. Stones break easily as well.

The biggest weighted heating pad I've seen
TL/DR: This pad is really, really large, and it has a nice weight of stones in it. That plus a first class controller makes this a great pad if you can handle the slightly higher price.Pros:o Very large, this will manage any party of your body easilyo Pretty good weight of stones, give great pressureo Excellent controller - 12 heat settings, up to 24 hour timero Moist heat optionCons:o Priceyo Not really washableSince I've started using weighting heating pads, I'm not really interested in using the old school generic pads any more. The additional weight helps hold the pad on your body and transmit more heat. The stones also hold and re-radiate the heat, helping to avoid hot spots and getting better coverage. Most heating pads are either tailored for one part of your body, such as your neck and shoulders, or are a small rectangular pad. This guy is of the second type, with one exception - there's no way you can call this pad small. The 33x17 pad is big enough to cover any part of your body effectively - even big enough to use as a dog or cat bed when laid out. This pad also comes with the premium controller, which has 12 different heat settings and 8 different timer values, going all the way up to 24 hours. I have a hard time trying to measure the temperature of heating pads, but it seems like there is a 30 degree or so range between the lowest and highest settings, and I think most people are going to find a setting that feels right for their need. This is no doubt an expensive pad. If you shop around and get the generic pad you can pay a lot less. But you won't get a pad this size, with this great controller, and the nice weighted feature. So just think about whether saving money is worth losing those features, and make your decision.--------I'm honored to be included in the Amazon Vine program, and I work really hard to make these reviews and videos helpful. I put in a lot of effort to try to help you learn the most important facts about the product. Good luck with your decision, and if you do decide to buy the product, I hope the things you find in this review make it easier to use.

Favorite heating pad yet!
I have used this heating pad twice a day since it arrived! I love the weight of the stones and deep heat they provide. It is very malleable and takes shape around any body part.Like other reviewers noted the initial heating did take longer than expected. I think maybe 10 minutes before I felt any substantial heat. After that it heats up quickly though! The description says this is jade stone but it is not. I would say slate or sandstone. It also annoys me that the light of the interface stays on. My last heating pad would dim after setting, this one shines bright.

If a Necco wafer & a Nilla wafer had a little rock baby...
If a Necco wafer & a Nilla wafer had a little rock baby it might aspire to go off and be one of the 200 jade stones that line one side of this oversized heating pad. This heating pad boasts of 12 temperature levels & 8 timer settings. The temperature levels increase by 6° increments, starting at 101° & topping out at 167°.Timer settings are in hours. The settings are 1-2-4-6-8-10-12-24.As the timer settings would suggest, this is a heating pad that's built for the long, slow, 'heat' soak. As such, the initial heat-up time is longer than other heating pads I've used. Not inordinately slow, just not instantaneous. Once the pad & its wafers of stone reach their called for temp, they're very good at maintaining that heat.'Soak' really is the best descriptor I can come up with for this device. It's much larger than other large heating pads. The stone wafers allow it a great deal of flexibility to contour to your body parts. If you desire, it can even be lightly dampened to provide a moist heat. (Caution is advised to avoid wetting the electric connectors.)Really the only negative I have here is that there is no way I'm ever going to be able to refold & fit the whole thing back into the box it came in!
