Decent but, not hospital quality
First, I will say the device is not too bad. I was hoping that I could avoid injections in my hand for an inflamed tendon. Using this brace doesn’t look like it will help much - no fault of the brace. My symptoms have not abated at all after 6 weeks of use. After sleeping with this brace for the last 6 weeks, it is showing more wear and tear than similar devices I’ve obtained through the hospital. Once again, you get what you pay for. I would completely recommend buying this brace (especially for the cost) if you would prefer to avoid medical procedures...who knows, it just might work for you. I’m average size and there is plenty of adjustments that can easily accommodate a wide range of hand sizes.

Is this defective or am I a mechanical dunce?
My use is for the index/trigger finger as I would like to immobilize the finger due to arthritis and a deviated tendon in the knuckle. If I could buddy the index finger to the middle finger that would be great. Maybe the velcro fastener on the tip of the finger was sewn in backwards (or I am a mechanical dunce). I am trying this on the right hand. In the pics for the right index finger it shows the splint on the top of the finger. I've attached pics. If I put the splint on top such that the wrist can velcro, the tip of the finger will not attach as the velcro stick side is facing the wrong way. Ditto or if I put the splint on the bottom (of the right hand), the velcro at the wrist is backwards and can't attach. Iff I trust the wrist so that it attaches, there is no support. from the metal splint. In the pics I also put pics with a tape measure, even if it did fasten, for me the splint goes up ~10 inches up my forearm, and the crease of my elbow is at ~15 inches.... this the splint from the bottom side of the knuckle to the wrist doesn't seem like if would provide much support. Hopefully this helps, and maybe I just got a defective unit- past the return period. Maybe comments from the community will clarify that I am overlooking something. Seems defective.Apologies for the hideous bruises in the pics.... just got out of the hospital.

and some adjustment (multiple velcro straps) to obtain a comfortable fit. I have a hard time wearing it ...
Effective when worn at night for trigger finger (keeps your finger straight). It takes a little time to get used to wearing this splint, and some adjustment (multiple velcro straps) to obtain a comfortable fit. I have a hard time wearing it all night since it tends to make my hand/finger hot.

Works great on trigger thumb
Even though I had steroid injections for trigger thumb, the doctor recommended that I regularly splint the thumb at night since this is my second occurrence of this problem. This splint works just fine on my medium size (female) hand. The wrist band is very comfortable and one velcro wrap at the top secures the thumb sufficiently at night. For heavier daytime use, I like the Bracoo Neoprene Reversible Thumb Support which provides better support but is too warm in hot weather.

Helped a lot.
Broke a bone in my hand a couple of months ago, and there's not much doctor's can do for now. That said, this has helped immobilize my hand enough to aid in the healing of bone. I do recommend this.

What's with this product name? I like it though
Weird name. Change the B's to A's...Anyway, it works fine for me. I would buy it again if a criminal broke into my house and stole it.

Very good quality, it serves me well: Protects, my finger, keeping it straighter comfortably or hindering dexterity too much.
This splint provides support and protection for my trigger finger. It is sturdy and adjustable--via the Velcro fastened to it at several points and via its velcroed strap. It is soft and does not abrade my hand, finger, or skin. Per my experience with it thus far---I find it's be well assembled, easy to use, and comfortable. I've encountered no malleability issues as of yet. It is strong and holding together well.

Kt tape better
Had to manipulate a lot for pinky injury, but overall did the job. Finally moved to kt tape, which worked much better.
