great looking product, very impressive when its all lit up. I have taken a star away for the changing of the lighting sequences. One you have chosen the preferred sequence of lighting [flashing/static/disco say options 1-10 etc] and its on a timer, the following day the unit goes back to number one, when my choice was number 3. Its fine, but I have to manually go back and change this every day.

After a long search for some bright outdoor christmas lights, I decided to go for these, and I'm so glad I did. They are super bright and could see them from far way. They lasted the month they were up for with no issues, even in the wind and rainy weather we had.I bought 2 Packs and they were easy to put up with hooks included in the box. However I bought more hooks at the same time as there wasn't quite enough for the whole length. The hooks also fit old metal gutters.I Love the lights and looking forward to putting them back up this year.

I bought these lights and installed them carefully and packed them away in the original box ready for next christmas,basically used for 3 weeks.next year i tested them before putting them up and they didnt work.After some back and forth with Amazon they agreed to replace them,now today i get them out the box and once AGAIN they dont work !cant believe they once again only last a few weeks of actual use and especially as i am so carefull installing them and packing them away after use !Amazon need to sort out theyre supplier as this is not acceptable and theyre not of reasonable quality.

Bought two sets of these light last year. Looked great when up. I spent a lot of time putting these up and they looked great until I used the knob that slows the fall of the lights only for it to shear off in my hand. I’m now stuck with one set of lights that do not flicker as they should. The issue is that I cannot even talk to someone from the company as they only came with 1 month warranty. £55 down the drain. I would suggest to go with a company that has a dispute centre to avoid disappointment.

Bought lights last year - plugged them in this year and only worked for about 3 hours. Checked and found the transformer was faulty. Rang the supplier and they stated they could not help and referred me to the manufacturer. Ordered a replacement transformer at a cost of £15 from Premier Wrexham. Plugged this in and it blew the lights completely with a strong smell of burning. Rang 020 8624 5656 as per label instructions message states hold for an operator but only got a strange tone and no response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I put them up the day after they arrived and they were superior to the ones they replaced. The icicles were longer which meant that the overall length was shorter. This suited me fine. People going by comment on how good they look.

Pretty poor. Partially DOA. Seller offered partial refund. I get the idea but what's the point of lights that are partly working. Not really 17.8 m long, nor do they have different patterns, just different speeds.Seller was happy to refund though, so may have just been a bad one
