Depending on the job, might need a variety of sizes
I bought this in a few sizes to fill draughty skirting and floor boards. It works well, easy to use. The thicker ones are quite solid and there's a limit to the extent they can be squished, so you definitely need appropriate size(s) for the job in hand. For the skirting and floor boards, I mostly used the smallest and the medium. The larger one was only useful for the few massive gaps.

Great as insulation
Following advice from another reviewer here, I purchased this to use as insulation. In my case this was used between floorboards and skirting where there were some significant gaps following the removal of carpeting. It's done a great job at negligible cost and where the gaps were smaller I cut it in half along its length to make it fit - easy to use and recommended for this purpose. In the past I've bought stretchable insulation products for this purpose but this to me seems every bit as good at a fraction of the price.

Tubeless inner/liner
Used as a tubeless inner, it's not as smooth as the Vittoria inner but it seems do the job, It's very hard to get in the tyre, and then get the tyre onto the rim, I'm not convinced I'll do it again, also you'll need the Muc off type valves to dissipate the sealant.

An effective aid when placing a silicone seal in an expansion joint.
This was very effective in blocking the expansion gaps in a brick wall so that a relatively thin outer layer of silicone seal could be applied. It is important to measure the gap before ordering, as while the seal needs to be slightly deformed so as to be secure at the sides, too thin and you will lose it, and all your sealant. Too thick and you will have problems positioning it correctly. The instructions for the sealant which I used specified that it should be tooled so that its thickness was half its width. This seemed to work well.

Great for filling gaps.
My problem was a huge gap between floor and skirting board. I pushed the foam into the gaps, and where it was too thick I cut it in half, easy to do. When my new carpet was fitted, it was no problem, and went onto the gripper and up to the foam without being seen. I am very pleased with the result, no more woodlice crawling in through the skirting !
