I have enjoyed using this. I actually add it to apricot preserves, (turns it a nice dark purple) and spread it on my toast, so good. I have also added it to greek yogurt, also yummy.

It takes a bit of effort to dissolve and it’s a bit pricey, but it tastes like the real berries without needing to add a lot. The best among the powders I have tried so far.

Good quality and good taste. Does not dissolve easily in liquid.

This doesn’t really taste like blackcurrant to me, though I’m not doubting the contents in any way. It’s very tart and a bit too acidic for my touchy stomach, but at least it’s not 50% sugar like so many other freeze-dried powdered fruit. The vitamin content is better too.
