I have 2 that I use on food truck and they are great. We do large events and festivals and this Rice cooker does the job. I had one stop working but this company replaced no problem. Just have to send a pic with cut cord and they send you a new one. These were a great purchase. Highly Recommended, Chef Approved

Failed after one month of use
Rice cooker stopped powering on after 1 month of use; tried all troubleshooting methods without luck. Just outside the return window so retailer nor Amazon will offer a replacement/refund. Got less than a 150 hours of use; avoid this brand.

This is great!!!
I use it for fundraising and work great. Cooked for 30 people per cook. I even use it for 5 people. Fast and well cooked.I have to cook 4 times when I serving for 100 people. Price was very good for the quality, and how easy to use it. I was very surprised by the quality of this product. FYI, I cooked rice over 50yr. ^^

Don't follow the rice to water ratio instructions!
it was trial and error for perfect rice, not so easy at first but you get the hang of it. I didn't notice any burning smell as some would when using a new project but I found that instructions for water and rice ratio was way off and made dried rice so I followed my elders rice and measure with finger and palm method (IYKYK). Other than that, it's an awesome size. One pot of cooked rice (60cups) makes an overflowing large Costco foil pan. I wouldn't reconnmend doing the full 30 cups though as sometimes a little less gives it breathing room to expand more. The pot is non stick and easy to clean which made it a breeze to cook 4 rounds within 6 hours. It's commercial quality and function as should.
