Works great
It makes quilling a zip! Easy to load/unload. Very happy with this simple little tool.

Quilling Must Have!
Helps so much with my crafts with my hands cramping when I do it by hand! Love it!

Wish it had different speeds.
It spins too fast for paper flowers. Would be nice for it to have different speeds, but for the price, beggars can’t be choosers. It’s neat, just not what I wanted it for.

Exactly as described.
What a life saver. I have hand rolled SO many cardstock flowers and this just whizzes through them, I love it and wish they made another one just one size up. I'd be the first in line to buy it.

Electric Quilling Tool
I liked that this was a smaller tool that I could transport easily; however the tool stopped working consistently within days. I pushed the button in various ways and it seems the connection was bad between the motor and the battery. No go. This was my second attempt with an electric quilling tool.

Be sure to practice with scrap paper first
My husband thought it was so funny to watch me make a big tangle of paper spirals so I cut up some scrapbook paper into 1/8" strips and let him play with it. I have to admit, even though he wound the paper with the color to the inside instead of the outside, his coils came out pretty good. The spinner goes really fast and you have a keep a good grasp on the paper so it rolls into a coil instead of a tight spiral; the spiral quickly forms into a big knot! Once I got better at pressing the button for just a second at a time so that it doesn't get out of control it made nice tight coils--almost pegs. They didn't bounce out to form larger coils so I think I wound them too tight, but I'm looking forward to using the Curling Pen for a project soon. I've ordered one of those rulers with different size circles so I think it will be easier to let the coil relax for awhile to form the size I want.
