It works and is reasonably priced
I was skeptical at first as well but I have been using this for almost two weeks, 1 pill before bedtime. I also drink sleep herbal tea as well prior to bedtime. For me the combo really works! I have a hard time falling asleep - thats my biggest issue. So with this combo I do above I have not had any issues falling right to sleep and staying asleep all night.Like others have reported, I do not have that groggy feeling at all when I wake in the morning. I had tried a couple of prescription and melatonin and both left me groggy in the mornings.Thanks NOW for this combo of sleep and relaxation ingredients...I had been looking for natural sleep ingredients without melatonin and this combo works wonderful for me! Don't change it!

Seems to help. With doing other things.
I take so many supplements and do all the things for sleep. I like the combo in this and it seems s to help. I also take a GABA sep I wear blue blockers watching tv at night. Done eat before bed. Black out curtains, pink or brown noise , sometimes a sleep mask. All these things combined have helped my sleep. I

Pungent Placebo
These were recommended to me by a colleague. They have had zero effect in over a week of daily use as described. Also, the smell is awful and lingers in the air for quite some time after the item is ingested.Would Not recommend.

Get rid of prescription sleep medication
I have a sleep disorder and nothing hasKept me asleep forMore than 5 hours. I finally have some peace knowing I am on a non-addictive treatment that allows me to sleep for a solid 8 hours with no hangover at all!

I slept....but weird dreams
This product definitely helps you fall sleep however for me, the sleep wasn't necessarily restful. Strange, active dreams. I stopped taking it after 5 days so I don't know if it gets better after continued use...I couldn't stay on that carnival ride.

Contains valerian root
Nice to have another sleep aid option so I can switch things up. Works as well as benadryl for me.

It works!
I have sleep issues and I have been using this product for many years. Regarding the taste it is a capsule so you can't taste anything but they do smell kind of yucky. They do work. They do calm me down and they do help me sleep that trumps any cons. It's not cheap but It's worth a try. There are many other more expensive products that don't work as well. I've tried a lot of them. And if you are a caffeine Drinker and that's why you're up at night nothing's going to change that. You have to stop drinking caffeine so close to bed time.

As good as the other brand I've purchased for years
The brand I normally purchase was sold out, so I tried this one. Same ingredients in the same order. We are dealing with aging parents and the stress of that has been affecting our sleep. My husband takes 2 of these in the evening, and I only need 1. I will continue to take them during this crisis. They are wonderful and the prices is WAY less expensive than the other brand I've taken for years. Will definitely buy again.
