My wife and I are entering our "golden" years. And, have decided to tour this great country in our 1994 RV while our health is still good. And, before the doctors start getting the gold leaving us with just the years. As such we realize that with fixed income and with what the RV parks are changing these days for a nights stay. We will not be able to afford to stay at RV parks all the time. There will be times ( actually most of the time) that we will have to stay in parking lots and etc... . While traveling and not being familiar with the areas we may make a decision to stay in a area that looked safe during the day but at night the rats and cock roaches come out of the wood work. We wanted to ability to see what is going on around our motorhome or who is knocking on our door. We are not seeking any confrontation in our travels. Being able to see and stop a confrontation before it happens by simply seeing that it's a rat, cockroach or a police officer that is knocking on our door. Will give us the option to avoid any confrontation by simply getting into the driver seat and driving away is well worth the money we paid for the camera system.The system was easy to install the hardest part was running the wires so it didn't look like crap in the motorhome.However, the first monitor that came with the system would just flicker and would not bring up the cameras. Of course the first think I thought was "you buy cheap you get cheap". So, I reached out to the company's customer service by email just expecting to get the old run around. But, within 24hrs I was contacted by Anna who was eager to address the problem. The only thing she asked was just to send her a short video of what the monitor was doing so the technician may be able to diagnose the problem remotely. So, I showed that the 12 volt power source I was using was putting out a good 14 volts. Then I connected the monitor to the same power source and showed that it only flickered and would not connect with the camera's. Within 48 hrs after sending the video I was once again contacted by Anna who informed me that a new monitor would be sent and apologized for the inconvenience that it has caused. About 3 weeks later I received the new monitor. Once I connected it to the cameras all of them came on. The picture quality is very sharp and the system has the ability to record. I can't speak for longevity of the system as of yet. But, the customer service was outstanding.

The product is great, but so is the customer support. They returned all of my emails of questions with support in a timely matter. The cameras are very well built out of metal. No plasticky junk here. Built to last. The monitor is a great size, too. Overall, it was easy to install for me. I wish I could to give 6 stars for the best customer support I have ever received on Amazon.

Dashcam fairly easy to install, except trying to figure out how to hook up power source. Picture of cigarette lighter power plug is deceptive, this plug has a jack that doesn't plug into unit it plugs into another set of wires that must be spliced into a power plug that has 6 wires to connect. After reviewing install instructions I left 3 wires unhooked, and only connected main power. The three others are trigger wires to connect to power if you want to focus view on a single camera, this is a poor design single view should be part of touchscreen programming.System seems to be sturdy and well constructed, after 2 weeks of use in my Semi truck no real issues. My previous System had already started to crap out by this time, after manufacturer had sent replacement for several defective parts,including main unit,it got returned. Also be aware, for better or worse this product has OVER AMPEL camera cords, shortest being 30+ ft long. Had to roll up and zip tie to get out of the way.Overall I'm pleased with performance so far. Also VOONA offers 1 free upgrade to be selected from 6 of the components. I selected to upgrade memory SD card from 128gb to 256gb, took 2 weeks to get new card but it's free.
