Bondic UV Clear Fly Finish" No mixing or waiting is required, it stays workable until exposed to direct sunlight or the Bondic UV light, at which point it will cure in 4 seconds. It is an excellent for coating bodies on tiny midges, adding strength and structure to fur, feathers or hackle. It penetrates materials so efficiently that it even works as a substitute for head or body cement. Apply Fly Paint or Fly Finish to fly while indoors or shaded from the sun. Use the attached applicator pen and/or rotating vise to form into the ideal shape. Expose to sun light or use Bondic UV Light or UV Power Light to cure.

Arrived within a few days of ordering. Bought to give a tough outer coating to trout buzzer fly tyings. Have already used it and can say that very very little product is required to spread over the body or head of any fishing fly needing a tough outer layer to finish it off. The UV beam cures the gel extremely quickly leaving the tied fly immediately handleable. CAUTION: Read the instructions fully before you do anything with this product especially the warning re. not looking directly at the UV beam...and...keep the UV light at least at arms length when using it to cure the gel. This is vital so as not to cause potential eyesight damage.So much better than time consuming clear varnish layers in finishing off any tying.
