I purchased this waffle maker for my daughter in law so she'd make waffles for the grands. I have one for myself and they eat waffles like they're going out of town. Not wanting to bring out my old one due to it forever sticking and the hassle of clean-up etc. I purchase one of these and WOW-what a difference! NOTHING STICKS! It bakes waffles easily and has one control for light-dark waffles. Green light tells you it's ready and with a thin spray of Pam ONLY FOR THE FIRST WAFFLE - it will continue to make waffles fast and easy. They come right off the fixed trays-and don't let that turn you off. A simple wipe with a dish rag suffices but even that really isn't necessary as nothing sticks to the grids. It's easy to gauge how much product to put on and even when testing I put too much on, but it wasn't a big deal to clean the overflow. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but this is such a great waffle maker-I'm hooked. It's not cheaply made like plastic ones, but is lightweight enough I can lift it from a bottom shelf with easy.

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. We use it all the time! It works great, and makes thick waffles. Clean up is easy. Put a little oil on before your batter and the waffles come out easily. Great value and I am glad I did not get cheaper models that make thin waffles. I would buy it again.

It works very well, does exactly what it says it will do. Heats reasonably rapidly and is very controllable. the waffles I made were at 400f for 3 minutes. I ate one and froze the other for tomorrow's breakfast. It is a well made machine. Large but effective. I like it. Have had others previously but like this the best. I use a mix for convenience and pour it from a liter plastic measuring cup with a lip. Very effective.

I was sick of short lived Waffle irons that cost $100 or less and would fail after not too many usages. This unit is heavy and larger, BUT IT WORKS. Temp control is excellent. It cooks a nicely done medium brown waffle in 3 minutes. Its easy to clean and use. Things the could be better is the timer can only be heard in a silent room and the two halves could use a little better locking to keep them centered as you rotate the unit. Note: it does pull more power than the crappy home units as it tripped my GFI the first time I used it, but it does heat fast and cook well. I'm going to put it to the test and make some Potato Pancake Waffles.

This VEVOR waffle maker is a treat to use. It works using one temperature knob and an indicator light that turns green when at the desired temperature. Simply preheat the waffle iron to the desired temperature, spread some oil over the cooking surface, pour in the batter, and close the iron. In a few minutes you will be on your way to delicious waffle heaven!Bonus points for being easy to wipe clean afterwards. Highly recommended for waffle lovers.

We make waffles 1-2 times a week and this has lasted all of 4 months. This would be perfect if you want thin waffles that the front waffles don't brown. No lock, and lid opens as the back waffles start to expand. It is easy to clean. Broken handle already 😡😡😡.
