Sorry- cannot do this thick, chalky liquid with a nasty flavor. Maybe if it’s mixed with something it will be okay? But on its own it was not good. I will stick to centrum liquid, it is like an ultra sweet orange juice but better than this “strawberry” that is really a flavor I cannot even describe…

I am a bariatric patient. I had gastric bypass surgery in April and have been struggling so hard to find pills that I can take to get in my daily vitamins which are essential to my health and every day functioning . Right as I was about to lose hope I found this amazing Bariatric multivitamin that has changed my life I am so grateful for this product I absolutely love the taste it goes down easy in the packaging is just beautiful!!I highly recommend you try this product if you were struggling with swallowing pills or capsules.

First day I experienced nausea, second I vomited within minutes of swallowing. Taken with food but perhaps too much for my vsg pouch. Was excited about these and purchased two bottles...won't be able to use them. I'm three years post vsg.

This was a good option for me after sleeve surgery as I didn't want to take children's chewables. Pro tip: don't smell it. I hold my breath and just swallow quickly. Otherwise I'll gag. Initially the sweet flavor is not bothersome, but after you swallow you taste the "vitamin" and that's awful. Another trick I do is take in the middle of the night when I'm groggy so I'll just go back to sleep and not be bothered by it. Served it's post-surgery purpose for my life. I will finish the bottle and then go back to pill form.

The taste is good and the product does not upset my stomach. The ingredients look like they are good for my situation since I am unable to eat solids at this time. I do agree with another that said the no sugar would have been better.

I was taking Mary ruth’s vitamins prior because it was a liquid, but I was looking for something a little less expensive. I absolutely cannot stand the way this taste is so nasty. I definitely will not buy again I’m not even sure I’m gonna be able to take.
