Great Fireplace Glow and Scent
These are great smelling, long burning logs that are also good for the environment. Had an issue with my first order as the logs didn't light sufficiently, but believe it could have been due to moisture during transit. I was contacted promptly by the CEO who shipped a full replacement and those worked out just fine! Great customer service, great product.

Nice smelling, easy to use. Burns a bit too fast
Subject line pretty much covers it. The scented logs are nice and only missed out on a 5 star because they burn out a bit too fast, but otherwise very good and I'll likely buy them again.

Great logs....almost NO smoke
Love these logs. Almost NO smoke. Pleasant fragrance, but not overwhelming at all. On the first log, I tried keeping it in the box and lighting both ends as directed.....but it would not stay lit. Took log out of box and lit both ends and it burned beautifully. All of my guests were happy that they didn't go home smelling like a campfire. Next year will buy the citronella for summer....
