Perfect
I am doing a macmillan cancer research coffee morning in a couple of weeks and have been trying out different recipes. Wanted to make some american whoopie pies which required marshmallow fluff for the filling. Mixed with the butter cream this was perfect. Slightly sweet for my liking but went down very well with my work colleagues. Added a bit of strawberry coulis to the strawberry fluff to give it a stronger flavour.
