Easy fix
This gasket is good quality, it adheres pretty well, and it’s an instant fix for your leaky grill/smoker. I had ZERO smoke leaks after i installed this and I’m truly satisfied with how it turned out. My grill holds a steady temp now, literally until my charcoal burns all the way out. I can’t speak for long term, but as of right now everything works perfect. What i did before i installed it was, i sanded down the entire area and then cleaned it with some bleach and a towel to get rid of any residue. Some people recommend acetone or paint remover etc… but i didn’t have any of that so bleach worked just fine for me. Then i just measured and cut out the lengths and the gasket stuck to my grill perfectly.
