It’s strong a works great even when it’s just a thin layer . The other kits I’ve tried I had issues like weak gel and it came off within minutes and it was so brittle. But this one is so strong and pretty and smooth, the lamp is amazing for how small it is. Topically it’s a flash cure lamp but tbh this works the same as any other nail lamp and faster to. I love it. I will definitely buy more of these polleygels . If I could give 10 stars I would. It’s worth it and beginner friendly and the slip solution actually works unlike some kits .

For one, this kit came with everything I needed to complete these manicures. It came with more than I needed to complete thr manicure, frankly.I won't lie, it's a skill that needs to be learned. It's not *easy* but it's also not at all hard. By the time I was on my third finger I basically had it down, and had a decent technique. It took me probably about 3-4 hours, but that's also due to taking a break in between hands. I think I could have easily gotten it all done in and hour and a half to two hours.It came with a little pamphlet that had instructions, and I followed those instructions relatively closely, but I also highly recommend watching YouTube tutorials to actually see someone doing it. If you're a visual learner, it's nearly mandatory to watch a video, otherwise you might miss out of some technique tips that the pamphlet doesn't cover.The kit I got came with a portable 6W UV LED lamp, and it works SURPRISINGLY well. IMO, no need to spend the extra money for the bigger lamp unless you want it for your setup. I had no issues drying any of the products with the 6W lamp.I did my nails yesterday, and I will come back to this review to update y'all on how long these nails last. I followed the prep instructions, and I feel relatively confident in these nails. Hoping for at least two weeks, as with the amount of gel that came in this kit, I likely wouldn't have to get an in-store manicure for MONTHS. Looking forward to the savings this will bring me haha. I will also update on the state that this leaves my natural nails in, as I bought this with the intention of growing out my nails. It came with cuticle oil, but I also bought more, so hopefully my nails will come out stronger. I'll also add that these poly-gel nails are very strong. I don't feel worried that they'll break. I'd be more worried about lifting and them getting ripped off, similarly to acrylics.Overall, highly recommend!

Want to give 5 stars but the nail extensions are not sized to fit the actual nail. They are either too big or too small. As a first timer the kit is ready to use and everything you'll need is right at your fingertips. You will need to do 2 layers to get a really good nail is your hands are busy. If you don't use your hands for heavy duty work.... one layer is enough. I love this kit and would recommend to anyone needing to avoid the salon.
