The matress arrived within the day but I was disappointed as it was packaged in climgfilmNo instructions and only the invoice . For &164 I would have expected instruction and much better packaging .I need a cool matress I got rid of my memory foam as I have nightsweats with my illness fibromyalgia so spent the extra as this said it had cool max coverI regret to say if you have cfs/me fibro don't buy this as I am again wet through .The matress is as I expect for a memory foam and I slept 100 times better but I could have done this with a much cheaper versionIHave emailed the company so will write another review if I get a good response

Ordered the King size memory foam 3" topper. Ordered the topper on the 14th/10/12 and it arrived with speed two days later. Followed the instructions and laid the topper out for 24 hours. Placed on king size bed and have enjoyed the most comfortable sleep. I have Osteo-Arthrits in hips and knees and will require operations. The topper has given me the benefit of a really comfortable nights uninterupted sleep. I would certainly recommend this topper to anyone who has ailments with their bones. I believe the topper is very good value for money after comparing many toppers online. Delivery excellent

This is excellent. Last year we bought a new bed, after months of waking up feeling like we'd been sleeping on a concrete floor we decided to try a memory topper. If that didn't work then it would have to be a new bed, not something you want to do given how expensive they are. This topper has made a huge difference, it really is like sleeping on a cloud. Delivery was speedy, ordered one day and delivered the next. Yes, there is a slight chemically small when you open the topper but it really isn't that bad and it had gone in 48 hours. Would definitely recommend this product.

After buying a high quality mattress which I found just a little to hard I decided a mattress topper would do the trick, hence this purchase. So glad I did a little research as I didn't realise there are different qualities of memory foam, the memory foam warehouse was one of only a few sellers who described this that's why I used this seller, swift delivery, upon opening the topper there was a big high crease in the middle which I though oh no trouble. Well I needn't have worried as I left the topper flat all day and by the night time the crease had gone, apparently this is normal as the foam needs to expand and settle so I would advise to leave the topper to settle for at least a whole day. And yes I sleep like a baby now problem solved

I chose this 5 star because it is just what we wanted, and very comfortable.I had read other reviews of different memory toppers saying that they smelt funny or was too hotbut when I had read reviews of this one they were really good.I agree, I picked it up from the post office, beware it is VERY heavy, rolled in half lengthways andcovered in cling film my husband had trouble lifting it but when we got it home we layed it out on the floor flat over night andthat got rid of the crease down the middle, it did not smell at all so we were able to get it on the bed that night.Make sure your kingsize fitted bottom sheet is deep enough to cover the topper and mattress, mine isn't.It does get hot but in February we just went to a 4.5 tog quilt and that works just fine, I have already recommended it to everyone I know, including my sister, it's so comfortable.

I chose this mattress becuase of the good reviews. It arrived when stated and once unwrapped we left it to air foe three days to get rid of the smell. This worked well and no smell now it is on the bed. Very comfortable and good nights sleep. Only one small problem is that it does tend to slide down the bed but very easy to pull back when making the bed. Overall we are very pleased.

After almost 1 y, I can tell that this was a great purchase. Odorless, soft, and not overheating. It really improved the overall quality of my bed, which otherwise would have been very terrible. Worth buying it.

Delighted with this quality mattress topper! I have fibromyalgia and was advised to buy a memory foam topper or mattress for sleep comfort. I have a deep mattress and the cover fits beautifully. I was also concerned that there might be some odour from the foam as noted with other products. I was happy to discover that there is very minimal odour from topper which may have lasted 2 or 3 nights. The topper has made quite a difference to the quality of sleep although as with all memory foam it can get quite warm. My only negative comment, which is probably picky, but, the topper is delivered covered in plastic shrink wrap making cutting it open a bit of a concern. Overall, delighted!
