This inulin is from blue agave, unlike some other brands which are chicory root. It has no taste, and it helps keep me regular. I was also able to lower my blood sugar. I have a subscription and receive this insulin on a regular basis.

Have purchased twice. Works great BUT this is a fine powder and both packages when opened did not have the internal ziplock closed so the powder was in the zipper closer and did not allow the package to be sealed again after opening. So I now fold the package and store in a quart ziplock bag. Otherwise the Inulin works great!

Really works well. I bought this originally to make a special yogurt for my brother with SiBo. I only needed a spoonful or so and it sat in my pantry for months. Then I heard it an article about the benefits of using it and improvement in glycemic control. This is a personal interest of mine so I started using it daily what I didn't expect was how it completely resolved my constipation. I use 10 g stirred into coffee or tea every morning. It's almost completely tasteless and there is no grittiness whatsoever. It doesn't cause bloating or gassiness or cramping.
