Producr cons: Magnesium in Oxide form and 400 IU. But in Amazon I saw 600 IU. Magnesium Oxide: This is a cheaper and more concentrated form, but its absorption (bioavailability) is relatively low. Magnesium Glycinate: More gut-friendly and also beneficial for anxiety/sleep, but it’s more expensive. D3 level: 400 IU is reasonably fine, but 600 IU would be better—especially if you get very little sunlight. Naturaltein Product is best in this case, but costly. You have to buy separate.

Best combo of calcium magnesium zinc
Its the best combination of completing daily doses of vitamin d3 and b12 and k2 good quality help to recover and stronger bones easy to use

Not done what needed.
After using it from two months, I am writing this review, This is gut friendly. I feel energetic. But from 2 weeks, I am feeling body pain. If this product contains good calcium, then should not feel body pain. It means, this product is not supplying calcium to my body. Body pain should be stopped after using calcium supplements. So, at last this product not helpful to me. I feeling that I am in that I situation where I was two months ago. This was my last purchase for this product.
