Promenaid’s durable finishes utilize anodizing, powder-coating, and real wood wrapping. These finishes will not scratch or dent under normal use in residential or commercial settings.

Q: Can Promenaid be installed outdoors or in a shower?

All Promenaid Handrail finishes, except for TrueWood wood-wrapped finishes, are suitable for indoor, outdoor, and in-shower use. All-weather finish options include powder coat White or anodized Champagne, Silver, Architectural Bronze, & Satin Black.

Q: Can I change the bracket position?

Yes! A major benefit of Promenaid is that the brackets can easily be positioned and repositioned anywhere along the handrails patented channel by un-twisting, sliding, and re-twisting. Once in place, brackets pivot to effortlessly align with studs.

Q: What if my Promenaid Handrail arrives and does not fit?

Thanks to the modular design of the Promenaid system, adjustments are easier than any other handrail. If your handrail does not fit, let us know and we’ll be happy to help. If the handrail is too long, it can be easily trimmed with a miter saw.

Q: Where are Promenaid Handrails made?

Promenaid handrails are made in North America. Our locally sourced aluminum is produced with hydropower, resulting in 5x less CO2 emissions than smelters using coal-based power. TrueWood handrails use 1/50th of the wood of a solid wood handrail.
